2. Services

freshcardetail offers professional vehicle detailing services at its Dalmine studio and online and in-person detailing courses through the freshcardetail Academy. All services are subject to a separate service agreement confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Studio services are by appointment only. Appointments are confirmed following assessment of your vehicle's requirements. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the vehicle's condition is outside the scope of the requested service.

4. Pricing

All prices shown on this website are "from" prices — starting prices for the most straightforward version of each service on a standard vehicle in average condition. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins, following assessment. You are not charged more than the confirmed price.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, course materials, and the Academy curriculum, is the intellectual property of freshcardetail. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, freshcardetail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy, except where EU consumer law provides otherwise.
